CareerPush is a subscription career-support service helping freshers and early-career candidates manage their job search with human support and technology. By subscribing to or using CareerPush, you agree to these terms.
Depending on your plan, CareerPush provides job portal profile setup, ATS-focused resume support, job opportunity matching, application assistance using candidate-authorized and platform-permitted methods, follow-up support, interview preparation, and after-joining support. CareerPush is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any specific salary outcome. We provide application assistance, human career support, and follow-up — the outcome of any application or interview depends on factors outside our control, including the employer's decision and your own performance.
CareerPush plans are billed monthly at the price shown for your selected plan at the time of subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing, but the current paid period remains active until it ends. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
You agree to provide accurate information about your profile, experience, and target roles, and to only authorize us to act on your behalf in ways consistent with each job portal's or platform's terms of use. CareerPush does not perform any workflow a platform does not permit, including credential-based automation.
You agree not to use CareerPush for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or to ask us to act outside the scope of the service described in these terms.
CareerPush provides career support services on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hiring decisions made by third-party employers, for outcomes of interviews or negotiations, or for issues arising after you join an employer that are outside our direct control.
We may update these terms or the features included in a plan from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
